Filmmaker and Cook, Victor Oliveira, Founder of an Olivetree Production, uses his detail of cinematographer and editor as his recipe for every project. Olivetree’s goal is to let every customer and collaborator, “Experience the palate before the taste,” says Oliveira. Having shot a documentary with Brooklyn Brothers Andrew and William Sapienza’s Vintage Lumber Co., or even the new hotspot in Bushwick, The Rookery, Olivetree has a local ingredient taste, with what every neighborhood needs, a sense of community.
